The reason I stay at Sterchi is the close proximity to everything. Gay street, market square, old city are all a short walk

Excellent in every way. Great location, convenient walk to some of downtown Knoxville’s best restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

In town for a wedding
The place was just right. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had trouble finding a set of sheets for the pull-out but the property manager remedied the situation in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Graduation 2024
Great spot to celebrate my sonsonss graduation with family, sleep 6 comfortably. Great communication, nice amenities. Walking distance to shopping and dining.

Owners who care in Knoxville
Wonderful place with many homey touches, like hot chocolate, popcorn, games, and enough soaps. I liked that the temperature was even throughout the rooms.
